Capital intermediation for AI companies

Connecting AI ambition
with capital.

X57 brings AI companies and relevant capital providers into focused funding discussions. We define whom to approach, organise introductions and manage follow-up through diligence and commercial discussions. Investment preparation gives those conversations a clear foundation.

For AI companies seeking capital

Put the right financial partners
at the centre of your raise.

Give your funding effort a clear direction, a reason for each introduction and an owner for every next step.

A promising AI business still has to answer demanding investment questions. Who pays for the product? What supports the revenue assumptions? How do compute costs, data access and technical dependencies affect the economics? What will the next round make possible?

X57 translates your capital requirement into criteria for potential financial partners: investment focus, company stage, funding size, geography and type of financing. We build the shortlist, explain the rationale for each approach and coordinate introductions and follow-up. You remain involved in the decisions; we take responsibility for keeping the agreed process organised and moving.

Is there a fit?

Our focus is AI companies seeking external capital. In an initial discussion, we assess your business, stage, capital requirement, geography and timeframe. We then establish whether an engagement is appropriate and which types of financial partners to consider.

Our approach

From funding requirements
to informed decisions.

Each stage produces something usable: a capital brief, an investment case, an introduction plan and a clear record of next steps.

01

Define the raise.

We turn your funding requirement, use of proceeds, milestones and timing into an agreed capital brief. It sets the criteria for the search and the scope of our engagement.

02

Prepare the case.

We align the investment narrative, presentation and financial assumptions. An evidence and gap overview makes clear what supports the case and what needs attention before outreach.

03

Connect with purpose.

We build a counterparty shortlist and introduction plan around the capital brief. Each approach has a stated rationale, a concise opportunity summary and an agreed next step.

04

Follow through.

We coordinate follow-up, maintain the action and information-request log, and bring feedback back into the process. Your team and advisers retain their specialist responsibilities through diligence and commercial discussions.

Working with X57

A coordinated process.
Clear ownership.

Your team leads the business. X57 manages the agreed funding outreach and follow-through.

We maintain the shortlist, coordinate introductions and track feedback, requests and next steps. Your team supplies accurate business information and makes company decisions. Legal and financial advisers provide their specialist advice; capital providers decide whether and on what terms to proceed.

Clear roles.
Agreed terms.

The capital-seeking company is our client. X57 receives a commission from the company for which it provides funding intermediation. The commission basis, payment trigger, any additional charges and any exclusivity arrangements are agreed in writing before work begins.

Our role is to prepare, introduce and coordinate. Investors make their own assessments and investment decisions. Funding depends on due diligence and agreement between the parties; an introduction does not guarantee an offer or investment.

For investors & financial institutions

A relevant introduction.
A clear basis for assessment.

Start with your mandate. Understand why an opportunity may fit.

Share your sector focus, preferred company stages, funding sizes, geography and financing preferences. We use those criteria to assess the relevance of a potential introduction.

For an introduction, our preparation brings together the business proposition, funding requirement, intended use of capital, available commercial evidence and principal risks. Supporting information is shared by agreement with the company, with confidentiality arrangements where appropriate.

We identify company claims, the documentation supporting them, any review undertaken by X57 and questions that remain unverified. Forward-looking assumptions are labelled as such. X57 represents the capital-seeking company; our preparation supports your assessment and does not replace your own diligence.
